Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – as carefully packaged as when we sent them to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our gardening enthusiasts, we cannot accept returns of:
- Hand Sprayers (for hygiene reasons)
- Gloves & Kneelers (personal protective equipment)
- Cutting Tools (once used for safety reasons)
- Any Eco Friendly Pots or Glazed Pots & Planters that show signs of planting or outdoor use
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Instructions: Our gardening team will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Carefully: Securely pack your items – fragile items like Bonsai or Garden Trellis & Screening should be wrapped as originally received.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
