Yucca filamentosa ‘Colour Guard’ is a brilliant and exotic looking plant that forms a spreading rosette of evergreen palm-like leaves that are a vibrant yellow with green margins.
On occasion the plant can exhibit some pink suffusion throughout and under the right conditions an establish plant will produce a short flower spike of fragrant white flowers. Popular for its exotic appearance yet brilliant hardiness for UK gardens, being able to survive in temperatures as low as -15?C!
